As the company grows, they require a dedicated specialist to support their compliance efforts.

Job Duties

As a Compliance & Accreditation Specialist, you will be responsible for several critical tasks, including:

Managing CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, and SSIP accreditations.
Completing Cyber Essentials and ICO registrations effectively.
Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) policies and Risk Assessments (RAMS).
Keeping PAS2030/35, MCS, and TrustMark documentation current.
Preparing compliance packs for tenders and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
Maintaining training logs, DBS checks, and CSCS competency records.
Supporting operations through audits, document control, and compliance checks.

These responsibilities ensure that Vibra Energy upholds its high standards of quality and compliance in all projects.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Experience with CHAS, Constructionline, and SafeContractor accreditations.
Strong skills in compliance documentation and quality management.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and retrofit.
Excellent organizational and writing skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

Familiarity with PAS2030/35, MCS, or retrofit standards.
Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.
Previous tender preparation experience.
