The head office of Builsa Community Bank LTD is in Sandema, which is in Ghana’s Upper East Region. The bank is looking for qualified people to fill the following positions: Company Secretary (Board Secretary)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company secretary for Builsa Community Bank LTD.
• Make sure that the Board of Directors does everything that the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) says they have to do.
• Do any other jobs that the Board of Directors may give you.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least an HND in secretaryship or a similar degree from a recognized school
• At least two years of experience in a similar job.
