Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will encompass:

Driving the national T&C service delivery, ensuring consistency with company standards and client needs.
Leading and mentoring high-performing teams, nurturing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Collaborating with Resource Coordinators to manage skilled personnel effectively, aligning capabilities with project demands.
Overseeing complex on-site T&C activities to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
Enhancing T&C processes and documentation, advocating for innovation and efficiency.
Developing competitive tender submissions to support business growth and meet key performance targets.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to build strong, trustworthy relationships.
Identifying and implementing development pathways for internal talent to boost capabilities within the T&C discipline.

Job Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

Extensive high-voltage (HV) commissioning experience across transmission (132kV) and distribution networks.
Proven leadership skills in team management, coaching, and enhancing performance.
A strong commitment to safety, integrity, and delivering high-quality work.
A relevant educational background, such as an HNC, HND, or degree in Electrical Engineering.
Familiarity with HV commissioning standards and compliance, particularly SR/TP/BP 141.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
