DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLUB ATTENDANT

You will be expected to do the following tasks in this position:

• Delivering our customers and visitors with great customer service
• Putting together food and drink orders and providing precise and effective service
• Ensuring the overall hygiene and presentation of all service spaces, including smoking areas, and assisting with customer inquiries and requests while providing accurate Club information.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

You need the following skills to succeed in this position:

• Prior work experience providing client support
• TAB/KENO experience that has been shown (highly desirable)
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team context Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding appearance and presentation
• Showed effort and a desire to learn
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including those throughout the day, night, weekend, and statutory holidays (Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays essential)
• NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card in Current Status (essential)
