Role Overview

As a Business Operations Associate, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer while managing key aspects of our operational infrastructure. You will develop effective policies, monitor compliance, and strengthen business functionality across multiple departments. This position requires both strategic thinking and practical implementation skills to drive continuous improvement throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Compliance Management

Design and implement company policies and procedural guidelines
Monitor organizational adherence to established processes and standards
Conduct regular compliance reviews and implement corrective measures
Ensure alignment between operational activities and core business objectives

Business Process Optimization

Analyze existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities
Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Plan and manage cross-functional projects from conception to execution
Contribute to product innovation through market research and process analysis

Stakeholder Management & HR Support

Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors
Support human resources development through policy implementation

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in operations or business management
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proven problem-solving and decision-making competencies
