Job Duties

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Clinical Leadership: Develop and lead NHS and private clinical services, ensuring adherence to clinical governance and regulations.
Pharmacy Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient service and managing stock control for prescriptions and retail items.
Team Development: Organize staff training programs and mentor staff to promote professional growth and a learning culture within the team.
Business Growth: Drive innovation in services to enhance patient care while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion through clinical services.
Patient Interaction: Build professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional service and support.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

GPhC registration or pending results required.
A patient-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills.
High accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems.
Passion for clinical service delivery and community pharmacy.
Experience in clinical pharmacy or a desire to develop these skills.
