Job Duties

As a Clinical Haematology Consultant, core responsibilities include the following:

Participate fully in the departmental on-call rota, including telephone advice and emergencies.
Deliver diagnostic haematology services, including blood film and bone marrow reporting.

Contribute to medical audit, clinical governance, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff within the department.
Lead teaching, assessment, and professional development activities for trainees.

Job Requirements
