Job Duties

Coordinate placements between families and educators, including onboarding and service adjustments
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with families, educators, and stakeholders
Recruit, screen, and onboard educators while managing documentation and compliance processes
Monitor educator performance, qualifications, and adherence to childcare regulations
Support service quality through home visits, risk management, and continuous improvement activities
Maintain accurate records for enrolments, compliance, incidents, and service delivery
Assist with Child Care Subsidy administration, reporting, and documentation processes
Guide educators on policies, procedures, and professional childcare practices

Job Requirements

Relevant qualification in early childhood education, social work, or community services
Experience in coordination, administration, or childcare service delivery environments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines
Sound understanding of child safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Current Working With Children Check and required background verifications
Mandarin language skills and sector experience are considered advantageous
