POSITION: CCR PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Carry out the safe operation of CCR for process plant and production related equipment safely and efficiently, under the direction of the Process Superintendent and Production Supervisor
Responsible for the operation of the CCR DCS system via monitor and controls the Process systems, Fire and Gas systems, utility systems and subsea FMC systems
Responsible for the CCR operation and direction of the field operators for any plant changes and process adjustments to ensure process equipment is operated safely and efficiently
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of process plant, systems and equipment, and associated equipment, during the shift, and to ensure proper handovers during shift change.
Ensure that all personnel involved in operations under the control of the Production Department carry out work in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with:
Facility Safety Management Systems/ Production operations procedures
All Production maintenance related activities are carried out to the highest standards;
All test and inspection routines required for the Production System are completed; Proper records/ history and reports are maintained Review and update Job descriptions for planned Production as required
Be familiar with and lead by example with the Facility’s plant and machinery their safe operation and Production and will ensure knowledge of safety requirements including work permit systems operational and emergency procedures, company policy and instructions.
Ensure use and proficiency in the onboard use and discipline management of key documentation including, but not limited to:
Facility Management Systems. Procedures Company standards, procedures and policies,
P&IDS/PFD’S
O OEM / IOM and Isometric drawings, Process, mechanical & Instrumentation datasheets, o Alarms & trips register,
Cause & effects diagrams
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering
SVQ3 – Operating Plant & Systems – Production
Yokohama Centum VP (preferred) +5 years CCR Production Operations experience
Production Management systems Experience
At least 10 years offshore oil and gas or relevant industry experience
– Authorised Mechanical isolating authority
FPSO experience
Emergency response duties / fire team trained
