Full Job Description
7-Eleven franchisee is looking for part-time Cashier/Food/Stock/Restaurant/Retail/Sales Associate/Cook/Beverage who are available for 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, or 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am on on weekdays and weekends.
Cashier/Food/Stock/Restaurant/Retail/Sales Associate/Cook/Beverage are usually counted on by franchisees to provide excellent customer service, keep the store clean and customer-friendly, stock and display products, run the register, and make restaurant-style products like food and drinks. Franchisees want their store employees to be reliable, honest, and friendly to customers.
Responsibilities
- Firstly, Help customers quickly, well, and with courtesy.
- Then, Drive sales by talking to customers in a good way.
- Also, Your franchisee’s store should be clean and easy for customers to shop in.
- Moreover, Ring sales and keep an eye on cash flow
- In addition, Do all of the cleaning and other tasks that are part of your job description.
- Afterward, Estimate, order, and stock goods (with appropriate training)
- Furthermore, Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors
- Finally, Make things for a restaurant, like food and drinks.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time, the job requires the person to stand, bend, reach, and lift 1–5 pounds often and up to 40–50 pounds occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Having worked as a cashier is best.
- Food experience is more valuable
- Stock experience is more valuable
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Having retail experience is best.
- Sales Associate experience preferred
- Cooking experience is best.
- Experience with drinks preferred
