Anlo Rural Bank is recruiting dedicated professionals for several immediate openings within our dynamic team. We invite applications for the following positions: Susu Officers (Field Officers), Customer Service Officers/Tellers, and Group Lending Officers (Microfinance Officers). 1. Susu Officers (Field Officers) – Multiple Vacancies

This field based role focuses on direct customer engagement and financial mobilization within assigned operational zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize daily deposits and actively monitor loan disbursement and recovery.
Open new Susu savings accounts and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Cover your designated operational zone effectively to grow the bank’s customer base.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of WASSCE/SSCE with at least three passes; a Diploma in Business Studies is an advantage.
Possess basic numeracy, computer literacy (MS Word & Excel), and effective communication skills.
Have proven marketing and customer engagement abilities.
Ability to ride a motorbike; a DVLA Category A license is beneficial.

2. Customer Service Officers / Tellers – Multiple Vacancies

This role ensures excellent frontline service and accurate transaction processing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all cash, cheque, deposit, and withdrawal transactions efficiently.
Open and verify new customer accounts while ensuring full KYC compliance.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain precise cash reconciliations.

Requirements:

Hold an HND in Accounting, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer-facing banking role.
Demonstrate accuracy in computer-based tasks and proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of T24 banking software is a distinct advantage
Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Group Lending Officers (Microfinance Officers) – Multiple Vacancies

This position implements group lending strategies to grow our loan and deposit portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee loan disbursements to meet targets and form effective lending groups.
Evaluate loan applications, mobilize deposits, and monitor loan recovery diligently.
Attract, retain, and expand the bank’s customer base through proactive engagement.

Requirements:

Possess an HND in Accounting, Marketing, or Business Management
Experience with T24 core banking software is beneficial.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and group management skills.
Ability to ride a motorbike; a DVLA Category A license is an advantage.
