The CAPE COAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Governing Council is looking for hardworking, resourceful, and visionary people to fill the following positions:

1. Registrar

They must:

• Have at least a Master’s degree, preferably in a field related to administration and management.
• Have worked as a Deputy Registrar at a university or in a similar position at a similar institution or organization for at least six years.
• Be a servant leader and be able to plan, organize, carry out, and manage all of the Office of the Registrar’s activities.
• Use good judgment, be proactive, be resourceful, be precise, and act professionally.
• Be able to give good advice to the Vice-Chancellor on all issues that have to do with how the University’s administration works.

2. Director of Works and Physical Development

They must:

• Have at least a master’s degree in research in the Built Environment or a related field of study AND a relevant professional qualification.
• Must have been a Deputy Director of Works and Physical Development in a university or a similar position in a similar institution or organization for at least six (6) years.
• Must know how to use a computer.
• Use good judgment, be proactive, be resourceful, be precise, and act professionally.
• Be able to give the Registrar good advice on everything that has to do with the University’s infrastructure and physical growth.

• Candidates must send an application letter and a statement of no more than 5 pages (Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing) that describes their vision for the University and how they plan to make it happen. They also have 40 minutes to prepare a power point presentation.
