What is SINP Expression of Interest (EOI)?
The SINP Expression of Interest (EOI), as the name implies, is used to formally indicate to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nomination Program that an applicant is interested in applying. The SINP application procedure begins with the submission of an Expression of Interest. The candidate must register and create an Expression of Interest on the OASIS online application site for the SINP.
The candidate will fill out an Expression of Interest (EOI) with details about their age, education, employment history, language skills, and other pertinent information. This data will be used to calculate their EOI score. The following table lists the EOI scoring variables for Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry.
Factors | EOI Points |
Saskatchewan Connection | 30 |
Language Proficiency | 30 |
Academic Proficiency | 23 |
Skilled Work Experience | 15 |
Age | 12 |
Total EOI Points | 110 |
To be qualified for both the Saskatchewan In-Demand and Express Entry programs, an applicant must score at least 60 out of 110 points. With a score that is equal to or more than the cut-off, the most recent SINP draws issue Invitations to Apply (ITAs) or EOIs.
After receiving an ITA in the SINP draw, what should you do?
You will have sixty days from the time you get an invitation to apply for the most recent SINP draw to:
- Send in a full application to the SINP along with all current, legitimate documentation.
- Should your application be accepted, the SINP will nominate you provincially.
- Once a province has nominated you, you have 180 days or 6 months to apply to IRCC for permanent residence under the PNP process.

What is a good SINP score—65 or 63?
In the most recent SINP draw, the EOI score cut-off was 89 points. You can apply for SINP if your score is 65 or 63 points. On the other hand, a higher score will make it more likely for you to receive an ITA in the drawings.
How do I get more SINP points?
The SINP assessment grid assigns ratings based on five primary criteria: work experience, education level, age, relationship to Saskatchewan, and language ability. Increasing your academic competency, getting eligible work experience, building a legitimate relationship with the province, or doing well on your language test are all ways to raise your score.
Which SINP score is the best?
SINP requires an eligibility EOI score of 60 out of 110. The best SINP score falls between 70 and 90 points, based on the most recent SINP drawings.
Can I use my 58 points to apply for SINP?
No. To be able to apply for both the SINP Occupation In-Demand and Express Entry stream, you need to receive 60 out of 110 points. You will not be able to apply if your EOI score is less than 60.
How To Apply For SINP
You can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Saskatchewan if your score is higher than 60 and your experience is in a field that is qualified for SINP.
