Job Description

As a Dishwashing Machine Attendant, you will ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Deliver Clean Dishes: Transport clean dishes, flatware, and items to serving areas.
• Manage Linen: Handle the transportation and replacement of linens.
• Clean Equipment: Sanitize dishwashing mats, carts, and refuse disposal units.
• Clear Tables: Remove and clean tables, platters, and chairs.
• Load Containers: Ensure bus pans and containers are loaded efficiently.
• Operate Dishwashers: Use dishwashers to sanitize flatware, glasses, and dishes.
• Arrange Dishes: Organize dishes in the storage area.
• Manual Cleaning: Manually sanitize and clean dishes and kitchen items.
• Clean Pots and Cookware: Maintain the cleanliness of pots and cookware.
• Record Food Quantities: Keep track of food quantities consumed.
