Job Responsibilities

As a vital member of our dental team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients, directing them to appropriate areas.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Answering phone calls, relaying messages, and providing general information.
  • Processing payments, issuing receipts, and assisting with billing inquiries.
  • Maintaining patient records using electronic medical systems (EMR).
  • Assisting with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
