Job Description

Vocational & Technical Institute is operated by a British Charity located in the Central Region near Winneba/Apam looking for a Management/Administrator for employment. This is Full-time employment with subsidized accommodation, and utilities available.

Suitable applicants will have some management, accounting, and administration experience and be willing to work with a small team to deliver great service to our students. Subsidized accommodation and utilities available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Firstly, Drive and supervise positive business growth.
  • Secondly, Oversee day-to-day business activities.
  • Thirdly, Introduce and implement innovative short and long-term business goals.
  • Moreover, Evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Additionally, Improve business programs, technologies, and policies.
  • Then, Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Also, Oversee and manage budget activities.
  • Last but not least, Harmonize organizational activities.
  • Finally, Send Weekly reports to Management.
