Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with AI and robotics companies
Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners
Lead the entire deal lifecycle from outreach to signed agreements
Structure and negotiate agreements such as licensing, joint development, and product integration
Collaborate with leadership to align partnerships with product and business strategy
Drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies into the company’s ecosystem

Requirements

Proven experience closing at least one major partnership with an AI or robotics company
4+ years of experience in business development or partnership-focused roles
Strong understanding of the AI and robotics industry landscapes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deals

Preferred:

Experience in the EdTech sector
Familiarity with global technology ecosystems
Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin & English is a plus)
