Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and growing our client base.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: 20.00−26.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift
  • Location: Ohio (On the road)
  • License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to management.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous.
