Business Development Manager
JOB PURPOSE – Grade G
- To cope with the relations with various partners and supports the Business Development Manager in the deployment of the Commercial plan.
- To Identify business and commercial opportunities with corporate, structured networks of merchants, billers, merchant acceptors of payment, and financial service providers in strict compliance with the procedures and compliance rules.
KEY RESULT AREAS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Activity
- Identify and prospect potential partners based on business directions
- Follow the deployment of partners, monitor and propose corrective actions if necessary
- Participate in YUP’s event, shows, and other relevant events
Administration, Controls, and reporting
- Ensure regular commercial reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with the framework for partnership development
- Participate in the validation of contractual document between YUP and all partners
Representation Activity
- Represents YUP with third parties (i.e. Institutions, customers, prospects etc…)
- Ensure the backup of the Business Development Manager

QUALIFICATION(S)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Fluency in local Ghanaian language is a plus
