KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for operations of the Branch.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of all the control
- Supervise the daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare regular reports to the operation manager Lead the Branch mobilization team
- Grow the Branch loan portfolio
QUALIFICATION
- A good first degree in Banking and Finance (Accounting or Marketing Option), HND qualification (Accounting or Marketing Option).
- Part qualified professional course (ICAG, CIMA CIB etc)
- A minimum of Three (3) years working experience as Branch Manager in rural banking.
- Must be knowledgeable in emerge T-24 Software
