1 . Tourism and Hospitality

2 . Nutrition and Behaviour

The dual effects of diet and behavior on the brain and behavior on diet are explored in this course, which is the first of its type in the UK. From the time of conception until old age, these intricate relationships are investigated.

It will give students a strong foundation in nutrition’s physiology and biochemistry, which will be supported with courses on how food affects behavior and cognition and how to treat related medical disorders.
