Job Duties

In your role as a Bilingual Agent Support Representative, you will:

  • Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate customer requests and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM and proficient in MS Office and related systems.
