Responsibilities
- Strategic HR: You will develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and initiatives that align with our business goals. Your focus will be on creating a framework that supports sustainable growth.
- Talent Management: You will lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent management activities. You will ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry.
- Employee Relations: You will manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace concerns. Your approach will be fair, consistent, and focused on resolving issues constructively.
- Performance and Development: You will oversee performance management, staff development, and employee engagement programmes. You will create opportunities for our team to grow and excel.
- Compliance: You will ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining up to date knowledge of legal changes affecting our workforce.
- HR Operations: You will manage HR records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Data Analysis: You will analyze workforce data and provide insights to support management decisions. You will use data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with all departments to address staffing needs and improve employee performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to department heads.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor the HR team while continuously improving our HR practices. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience
- You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- A professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM will be a significant advantage.
- You need a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, retail, or multi branch operations is highly preferred. This industry knowledge will help you navigate the unique challenges of our sector.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Deep Knowledge: You must possess strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, employee relations, and performance management.
- Leadership: You must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical Ability: You must have strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex HR issues.
- Technical Proficiency: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with HRIS, payroll, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility: You must be willing to travel between branches when required.
