Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project, keeping track of profit and loss, and making sure customers are happy. You will do this by managing the activities and resources related to the project.
As a Project Manager, you are in charge of:
- Creating an annual plan for the activities of the own department
- recommending ways to make products, processes, and procedures better
- Contributing to the plan of a larger unit and working with high-level business, SPB, and EB people
- Specifies needs, talks about how the project will be done and shows research results.
- Working with different clients in a region and following contracts and frameworks that have already been set up.

To do well in this job, you’ll need to:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a lot of project management experience.
- Be able to show that you know how to run a project and have done it before (e.g. CAPM or PMP)
- Show that you can make a project budget and keep it up to date throughout the project’s life cycle.
- Show that you know a fair amount about Machine Monitoring, protection systems, and the use of digital technology in industries, for example. Oil and gas, power generation, and solutions for the whole plant.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned region
- Show that you have good communication, people, and leadership skills, and that you can persuade others and lead small groups.
- Be a good problem-solver with a methodical way of getting to the bottom of issues and putting solutions in place.
- Be able to run and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
