Job Title: Director of Operations (M/F)
You work directly with the President to carry out Cotral Lab’s strategy (there are 280 employees, including 130 at the Condé headquarters), and you help the company, which has been called “Vitrine Industrie du Futur” since 2019, change every year.
Your main tasks are:
- Help make the strategy, budget, and goals.
- Teams are used for operational deployment.
- Make sure the company keeps growing and making money. Keep the heads of the following departments interested and working together. R&D, marketing, sales, technical (production, IT, method/logistics), finance, and human resources.
- Develop new projects
- Be the company’s values and make them real
THE REQUIRED PROFILE
- You know how to be a leader, and you can handle both strategy and operations at the same time.
- Engineering and Business Schools are examples of higher education
- Experience in a strategic role, preferably in a company that is also growing quickly.
- Having experience abroad would be a plus.
- You know how to use digital tools, ERP, and management tools.
- You know how to use computers and speak English well.
