About the Role

Responsibilities

Carry out automotive servicing, Warrant of Fitness inspections, general maintenance, and repair work on passenger and light commercial vehicles
Diagnose vehicle faults using appropriate tools and equipment and determine required repair solutions
Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues, required work, costs, and timeframes
Complete assigned tasks within industry-accepted and agreed-upon timeframes
Maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship with minimal faults or rework
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

Current WOF authority or strong experience suitable for the role
Fluency in written and spoken English
Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude toward work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Enjoy working with customers and providing clear, honest explanations
Must currently live in New Zealand and hold NZ residency or a valid work visa
