You will teach a 4/4 course load face-to-face across two campuses. This includes Introduction to Leading, Psychology of Leading, and Group Dynamics. Additionally, you will engage in applied research and mentor undergraduate projects. You will also support the growing Interdisciplinary Leadership Minor administratively. This is explicitly not a clinical or counseling position. You will collaborate with campus partners to expand the minor’s student enrollment.
