Job Duties

In this role, you will:

Plan Appraisal: Review building plan submissions related to sewerage and drainage works. Ensure all applications comply with standards such as the Code of Practice (COP) and PUB requirements.
Coordination & Consultation: Liaise with various departments to process submissions effectively. This includes ensuring compliance with legislation and handling new water connections.
Reporting: Prepare detailed submission reports that track the number of reviews conducted. This ensures transparency and accountability in project management.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement methods to automate submission review processes. Your goal is to enhance efficiency and reduce time spent on manual tasks.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as required, ensuring that all tasks align with the overall project goals.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Education: A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Building Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Citizenship: Applicants must be Singaporean, a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), or hold an Employment Pass.
