Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
The Assistant Development and Estate Officer shall assist the Development and Estate Officer in the overall administration of the Development and Estate Office and functions
Job Specification/Requirement
Staff in this grade shall be required to show high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in their area of specialisation.
Skills Required/Qualification
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicant must have a minimum of Masters’ Degree in the Built Environment or relevant areas of study PLUS
- Relevant Professional Qualification with at least two (2) years post-qualification experience as Junior Assistant Development Officer in tertiary education institution or comparable grade in a similar institution.
