Job Description
- The Assistant Channel & Category Development Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the activation plan that supports the objectives of our brands and the customer.
- They will support the lead in the development and execution of brand/category solutions & activities for Customer/Channels based on fully integrated, shopper, customer, and channel insights.
- Develop and lead execution of fully integrated, shopper, customer, and channel insights-based brand/category solutions and activities for customers/channels.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into business-building opportunities with specific customers/channels
- Work with Key Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of Business Plan
- Develop strong relationships with Customers at the marketing and activation level Customer input into an Innovation program
- Manage total trade investments (TTI)
- Jointly Build account/channel-specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category
- /Brand objectives (CMP)
- Integration of brand marketing plans with customer business planning Consolidate field plans
- Ensure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels adhere to Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings Channel and Customer thought Leadership
