AsanSka University College of Design and Technology is a practice-based University. As such, we are looking for a qualified candidate with a minimum of a Mphil in Digital Media and Communication with at least 3 years work experience as a Lecturer in a well-known University, to join our staff.

AsanSka University College of Design and Technology is a Private University College in Ghana affiliated to the University of Education – Winneba with accreditation from the GTEC. We are currently offering two programs which include Jewellery Design Technology and Product Design which come in three options (Degree, Diploma, and Certificate).

DEPARTMENTS
1 . Department Of Jewellery Design
The Jewellery Design Department offers an artistic and cultural reference point for students who want to study Jewellery Design. A range of basic jewellery-making techniques are taught, among them sawing, filing, soldering, bending, forging, and polishing. Jewellery students learn to drill, file, weld and shape materials, before polishing and setting precious and semi-precious stones in the finished product.
2 . Department of Product Design
Think of the products that you use every day. The majority of them are useful, attractive, and seemingly very simple. However, even the simplest products are much more complicated than they may appear. Not only do these products need to be conceptualized and designed, but they must also be manufactured.
3 . Digital Media and Communication Design
This four-year course aims to facilitate students to learn and explore on graphics, typography and digital media along with industry-specific areas of study such as information design, branding, editorial and publication, motion graphics, type design, advertising, and Web/mobile app design.
