a) POSITION – JV Control Officer
Job Description
To coordinate all corporate Joint Ventures, control and reporting activities
Main Responsibilities
To coordinate in a timely and accurate execution of cost controls, preparation of budget and analysis of monthly departmental activities reports in line with modern systems and techniques of forecasting, planning and budgeting, and in conformity with the Joint Ventures Operating Agreements, as well as Petroleum Laws and Regulations.
QUALIFICATION
* University Degree with Accountancy and Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, ACMA, C.I.S
* Experience in planning and coordination of the Company budget, general accounting activities, fiscal procedures JV agreements and the the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) knowledge in Basic Oil and Gas Operations
* Experience in the gathering, collation and analysis of data relative to the preparation of the Company budget.
* A good working knowledge of the Company’s operations.
* Strong conceptual thinking and project management capabilities.

Job Description
Responsible for leading the Planning and Control Unit, managing the Economic Evaluations to support the Planning Budget and JV Cost Control Manager and conducting Enis🤔 Planning & Control Cycle activities; managing the Economic Evaluations and Reporting on business opportunities to support Eni Ghana’s
Management and bi-annual investment Monitoring; coordinating with parrtners’ Economists on JV Economic Evaluations (e.g. Vitol, GNPC).
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and providing high quality economic evaluations to support Planning Budget and JV Cost Control Manager in the Planning & Control Cycle activities and to support Eni Ghana’s management on business opportunities, inter – departmental support on Economics/Planning & Control activities ( e.g. Economic Assurance Reviews, Business Plan/Strategy Plan)
Qualification/Experience
* Masters degree in Economics/ Business Economics/ Business Administration (4 years)
* Post Master degree is a prerequisite (e.g. Chartered Accountant)
* A good working knowledge of the Company’s operations.
* Experience in planning and coordination of the Company budget, general accounting activities, fiscal procedures, JV agreements and the Production Sharing Contract (PSC)
* Strong Conceptual thinking and project management capabilities
