Job Description
Job Title: Accounting /Administrative Assistant
Location: Accra, Ghana

We are is looking for an Accounting /Administrative Assistant who will primarily be responsible for managing the office to ensure workload prioritization and service excellence.
DUTIES
He/She shall support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Specifically, the candidate shall be responsible for:
- Providing administrative services and meeting deadlines of demands.
- Recording and entering transactions for the day using various accounting software.
- Filing relevant and confidential documents, deposit slips, post-dated cheques for record keeping
- Preparing and distributing invoices and following on Clients for payment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Performing research to identify potential clients.
- Directing and controlling the processing of orders, fielding clients inquires and resolving client complaints
- Ensuring that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
