Job Summary- To provide technical and administrative support for the efficient and effective performance of the conflict management and resolution functions of the Council.
Qualification:
· A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Human Rights, Law or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution;
· Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage;
· A minimum of eight (8) years post-Bachelor Degree relevant work experience, four (4) years of which must be in a management position;
· Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Council in collaboration with the Public Services Commission

• Good knowledge in conflict prevention, management and resolution;
• Good leadership, management, and networking skills;
• Lobbying and resource mobilization skills;
• Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of project and programme management;
• Ability to lead strategic and change management;
• Technical and innovative skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to inspire and motivate;
• Knowledge of ADR Act, Vigilante, and Related Offenses Act, labour laws and regulations;
• Good knowledge of relevant IT applications.
