QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum qualification of a degree/diploma in nursing plus certificate diploma in management or administration.
- A grade of PNO or above
- Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience
SKILLS, ABILITIES ANS ATTRIBUTES
- Clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning, organization, and supervisory skills
- Ability to organize and manage workload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Negotiation and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
- Disciplined, committed and honest
2. JOB TITLE: NURSE ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum qualification of a degree/diploma in nursing plus certificate diploma in management or administration.
- A grade of DONS or above
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience

- Clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning, organization, and supervisory skills
- Ability to organize and manage workload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Negotiation and advocacy skills
