Job Summary

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.

1. StoreKeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor purchase orders to ensure complete delivery and follow up on partial deliveries
Check, code, receive and store items in an organised manner.
Maintain and update in cards for cash line daily
Keep a record of backorders
Transfer stock to the company sub-dealers, service facility and sell spare parts to institutions and the general public in accordance with the policy of the company
Supervise bulky deliveries to clients
