BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

The African University College of Communications (AUCC) is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead and supervise its mature programme and short courses. The successful applicant will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee institutional efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
  • Design business strategies and plans according to institutional goals
  • Set business goals and objectives according to institutional needs
  • Market and coordinate the mature programme and short courses at AUCC
  • Collect and analyze relevant business data for management consideration

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or other relevant field
  • At least three years of experience in a senior position
  • Oustanding leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insights
