Social Impact (SI) is a global development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness.
We work across all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. Since 1997, we have worked in over 100 countries for clients such as US government agencies, bilateral donors, multilateral development banks, foundations, and nonprofits.
SI is seeking a full-time Knowledge Management Specialist who will support all knowledge management activities under the USAID/Ghana MESP. This position will be based in Accra, Ghana.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, evaluation services, business management or other related disciplines required; Master’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing performance indicators across sectors.
Familiar with standard USAID indicators and capable of developing customized indicators and capable of developing customized indicators.
Previous experience working closely with local government partners across all levels to accomplish project objectives.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with other USG or donor-funded projects.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ghana to attend to contract implementation tasks.
Fluency in written and spoken English required.
