A Reputable Real Estate Development and Civil Engineering Company located in Kutuse has vacancy for the following position :

POSITION: Project Engineer At Real Estate Company

Job Description

• Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design work.
• Proficient in Autocad / other design software
• Good report writing skills
• Must be able to estimate material & labor required to carry out work.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team and contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations.
• Provide technical support for appropriate field supervisors.
• Develop a detailed project construction schedule in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• Preparing scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualification and Experience

• First Degree in Building Technology or Construction Technology & Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Project Engineer
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
