We are
The European Union (EU) is an economic and political partnership between 27 European countries. It plays an important role in international affairs through diplomacy, trade, development aid and working with global organisations. Abroad, the EU is represented through more than 140 diplomatic representations, known also as EU Delegations, which have a similar function to those of an embassy. The EU Delegation to Ghana’s mission is “Building a strong partnership with Ghana to promote Peace, Prosperity and People”.
We offer
We offer a post of Secretary in the Trade and Economic Section. Under this post and under the direct supervision of the Team Leader of the Section, the successful candidate will provide secretarial support for document management and filing, internal communication, provision of information to the section, organisation of events, and for the initiation of operational files. The specific job function may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Delegation.

Compulsory requirement | Asset | |
Qualifications | Minimum HND (High school diploma) or its equivalents. |

Professional experience | Minimum 4 years in performing the above mentioned tasks |
Working experience in an international organisation. |
Knowledge of languages | ENGLISH –ability to read, to write and to speak (C2 Level) |

Knowledge of IT tools | Proven extensive user experience with MS Office Package or similar as well as with internet based services. |
