Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, ensuring a high-performing engineering team.
  • Agile Execution: Lead projects using agile methodologies, balancing rapid development with reliability and manufacturability.
  • Resource Planning: Oversee resource allocation for PCB fabrication and test fixture development to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
  • Provide Direction: Offer hands-on technical guidance for the design and implementation of analog and mixed-signal subsystems.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with ASIC, Optical, and System Reliability teams to support successful system integration.
  • Maintain Quality: Ensure high-quality execution through detailed tasks like schematic reviews, simulation strategies, and design best practices.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: BEng/MEng or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience designing high-performance analog hardware, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Product Ownership: Proven experience from concept to volume production of complex electronics products.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge in low-noise, wide-bandwidth analog front ends and high-speed differential signaling.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with EDA and simulation tools like Altium and Cadence.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and executives.
