Amerado, known in private as Derick Sarfo Kantanka claims womanizing does not contribute to the fall of artistes. During an interview on Y3 Kasa TV, the Ghanaian rapper outlined that if a man is disciplined, concentrated and hardworking, then no woman can be a stumbling block between him and his success.
This is not his first time making such a statement. Speaking in an interview with Kwame Dadzie sometime ago, he said the same statement.
The Yeete Nsem rapper believes women should not be considered as a contributing factor for the poor performance of an artiste. He however stated that, making this statement does not imply he is promoting womanizing. He emphatically stated that there is no way a focused artiste would perform poorly because of womanizing. After spelling out his opinion, he said that he would choose music over women.
Delving into other matters, he express his wish for a government that would be interested enough to invest in their creative arts. He said it would be a bonus to all artistes if they get a government like that. He however, appreciated the good works of the likes of Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Okyeame Kwame who are still thriving without the government’s help. He went on to say that until someone decides to push funds into the creative arts, they would continue to pull themselves through. Furthermore, he spoke about an album he could not release because of the coronavirus pandemic
