Internship Benefits
Selected interns receive substantial compensation and benefits throughout the 12-week placement. The program provides a competitive salary ranging from $80,200 to $99,300 annually (pro-rated for the internship period). Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet specific criteria for consideration:
- Graduate from a bachelor’s degree program between December 2027 and June 2028
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Commit to working 40 hours per week throughout the 12-week internship
- Enroll in a bachelor’s degree program in finance, economics, industrial engineering, accounting, supply chain management, operations and information systems, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
- Relocate to Seattle, Washington or Arlington, Virginia
Program Structure and Career Pathways
Interns join a finance team supporting one aspect of Amazon’s supply chain, including Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Logistics, or Amazon Air. Successful interns may receive a full-time offer for Amazon’s two-year Operations Finance Rotation Program after graduation.
