Job Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
As an Executive Assistant, you will handle a diverse portfolio of responsibilities essential to our executive workflow. Your core duties will include the following:
- Calendar and Schedule Management: You will expertly manage and organize complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize time efficiency.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination: Making detailed travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations, is a key function. Furthermore, you will prepare the necessary itineraries and related documentation.
- Communication and Correspondence Management: You will answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all requests.
- Meeting and Administrative Support: You will take accurate notes during meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange catering. General administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, and organizing the office environment also fall under your purview.
- Project and Research Assistance: You will assist in creating presentations and compiling market research by gathering relevant industry data. Organizing company events, workshops, or conferences is another important aspect of the role.
- Information Management: You will sort incoming mail, categorize documents for action, and ensure all critical information reaches the right executives on time.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Location: This position is based at our office complex in Trade Fair, La, Accra, directly opposite the trade fair grounds.
