An International player involved in the production of agricultural inputs products is seeking a dynamic, flexible and honest local Ghanaian company for a yearly contract.
AREA OF ACTIVITIES
* Production of agricultural inputs
* Maintenance of the plant & warehouse
* Warehousing operations (loading, offloading, pilling, unpilling, etc.)
* Workers management
* Etc.
COMPETENCES
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering mainly for the Manager in charge of the team
* Excellent technical skills in the area of production
* Good relationship management
* Capabilities to efficiency organize, coordinate and motivate the workers & team
* Good knowledge of QHSE
REQUIREMENTS
* Comply with a the laid down rules and regulations as per the Ghanaian laws requirements. (Company presentation, procurement registration, Procurement Certificate, SSNIT Registration, SSNIT Clearance Certificate, GRA Registration, etc)
* Provide the CV of the Operations Managers in charge of managing the workers on the day-to-day basis.
* Etc.
* Selected company should subscribe to all legal Insurance to cover the employees according to the activity the company selected will be involved in
