Advans Ghana, a subsidiary of the worldwide microfinance business Advans, began operations in 2008. The institution provides a comprehensive range of tailored financial products and services to Ghana’s micro, small, and medium-sized firms. The institution serves about 64,000 customers through a network of 20 retail locations and 650 workers.

Job Description

The roles are based in Mankessim and Koforidua.

What will be your role?

  • Responsible for driving and maintaining Advans Ghana Savings and Loans automobiles.

More specifically, you will

  • Drive Advans Ghana cars in accordance with company policies.
  • Fill out the logbook for every driving excursion.
  • Ensure car maintenance by doing routine checks (brakes, wires, cables, tire status).
  • Cleaning the automobiles
  • Regular maintenance with connection to suppliers: to guarantee that filters and other basic appliances are checked regularly and replaced on time and that motor oil and other levels (brake fluid, cooling fluid, water, etc.) are as per the car’s manufacturer guidelines.
  • To notify his supervisor immediately of any current or probable problem with one of the autos.
  • Ensure that car documentation (insurance, vehicle license) is up to date.
  • To notify in advance when the gasoline tank is near to empty and to refill the tank

Required Skill or Experience

  • A Senior High School Certificate or Diploma is required, along with at least one year of driving experience.

Specific Training Required

  • Demonstrates defensive driving skills and manages fleet maintenance.
