Harley Reed is a professional services organization operating in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa. Whilst the business offers a diverse offering, a large portion of this role will be supporting the knowledge services area of the business which focuses on competency assessment, skills development, and professional education. This role is based in Ghana.
Now based in 6 countries, Harley Reed intends to further expand across the European, African, and Middle East markets to offer a broad range of integrated professional services.
Job Purposes
The account officer will assist the accountant to ensure account books are updated. In addition, the role holder will have the opportunity to provide a variety of financial and accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
Education
- HND or 1st Degree in Accounting
Experience
- 2 years of Working Experience
- Able to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
