Ghanaian young actor and Abstinence ambassador, Aaron Adatsi aka Cyril of the YOLO TV series has released a statement to clear the air following the trolls and jabs he has received after pictures and videos of his baby’s naming ceremony came viral online.

Aaron in his statement, explained why he impregnated Eyram, his girlfriend and stated that through that he has become a proud father.

According Aaron, the bringing forth this baby is a decision he happily decided to accept despite being an ambassador for some brands to suggests that he is abstaining from sex until marriage because he didn’t want to be tagged a hypocrite.

He added that the birth of his son,  Aaron Adatsi Junior (Ronny Jr) will make him better equipped a person in his capacity as the unofficial ambassador of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) to educate the youth on the need to be careful about their choices when it comes to $ex related issues.

The young actor’s statement was spotted on his Instagram handle by NewsNowGh. He has tried to justify his actions and decisions for having a baby before getting married to the public. Much is anticipated on the opinions of fans and netizens.

Aaron Adatsi and his fiancée Eyram  named their baby boy during the weekend.

Aaron who is known for his role as Cyril in the educative and interesting television series dubbed YOLO held a beautiful ceremony that featured both his family and that of Eyram’s. The couple never made any noise about the birth of their child neither was the christening of the baby boy really publicized. It was somehow “coded” but they were eventually seen in the spotlight.

After the ceremony went viral, the young father has received quite some backlash all over social media.

The ceremony, which went on successfully, saw the likes of Adjety Anang, Prince David Osei and Ivan Quashigah who happens to be the producer and director of YOLO. Everyone present at the event was embellished white.

Aaron has starred in a recent film titled Aloevera alongside prominent filmmakers like Kofi Adjorlolo, Beverly Afaglo, Akofa Edjeani Asiedu, Nana Ama MacBrown, Naa Ashokor and many others.
