You will also maintain detailed inspection records, generate quality performance reports for management, and formally issue Non-Conformance Reports when products fail to meet our standards.
- Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement: You will investigate the root causes of defects and collaborate directly with the production team to implement effective corrective actions. Additionally, you will help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to embed quality consistency across all operations.
- Equipment and Packing Oversight: You are responsible for ensuring all precision measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated. Moreover, you will verify that finished products are packed correctly to prevent any damage during transportation to our clients.

- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, moisture meters, and tape measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback to production teams.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Furthermore, a proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
