Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of domain-specific initiatives in Retail Deposits, Lending, or Small Business Banking
Manage program intake, feasibility analysis, dependency mapping, release planning, and operational readiness
Drive modernization initiatives across core banking systems, digital channels, LOS platforms, and onboarding tools
Partner with business, operations, underwriting, treasury, compliance, and technology stakeholders
Ensure program alignment with credit union regulatory requirements and member-centric workflows
Prepare and present executive-level reports covering progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional delivery teams
Maintain accurate tracking of workstreams using Jira, Confluence, and related delivery tools
Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, blockers, and system dependencies
Champion continuous improvement, agile delivery practices, and enhanced member journeys

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, product delivery, or platform operations
Proven expertise in at least one domain: Retail Deposits, Mortgage & Consumer Lending, or Small Business Banking
Strong understanding of credit union operations and U.S. banking regulatory frameworks
Hands-on experience with regulations such as NCUA, Reg E, Reg CC, TRID, HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, or RESPA
Experience delivering complex initiatives in enterprise or consulting environments
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery and tracking tools
Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid model in Virginia
Eligibility for U.S. H-1B visa sponsorship
